Firewood Caddy
You'll love these firewood caddies I've made from repurposed heavy duty waxed canvas. This last winter a powerful windstorm tore my new tarp I was using as an awning over my driveway. The material is really nice so I cut it all up and started sewing.
These firewood caddies are extremely handy around camp and wood stove, especially if you have to walk a bit to get to the wood pile. They are perfectly sized to carry a large armload of wood without dirtying your clothes or encouraging the unexpected spider to race up your arm.
I built these tough with full double rolled hems and 1.5" poly webbing for the handles. The webbing loops the full length of the waxed canvas for additional support and durability.
I figure I can make about 20 of these from the whole tarp so get one while you can.
